Scam Case File is a personal evidence notebook. You type in what happened during a scam call or message, attach your own files, and export a tidy report for the places that can act on it. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your information.
That is all. The app has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. It does not access your call log, contacts, text messages, microphone, camera, or location.
Your information is used only to run your account and show your case files back to you. It is stored in a database on Cloudflare, the same platform that hosts the app, and it stays there until you delete it or close your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. Nothing leaves your account unless you export a report and send it yourself (for example to the FBI IC3, the FTC, the FCC, a reporting tipline, or your local police).
You can delete individual cases, identifiers, and evidence files inside the app at any time. To delete your whole account and everything in it, follow the steps on the account deletion page or contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
Scam Case File is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
